  • You can use either green chilli sauce or red chilli sauce per your preference. Red chilli sauce will help you get the typical restaurant color.
  • Adjust quantity of chilli sauce and soy sauce per your taste. Do not add more soy sauce as it tastes bitter and it will change the taste of noodles.
  • All vegetables and noodles must be tossed over over high-flame to get restaurant like taste and texture.
  • For variation, add baby corns, red and yellow capsicum, mushrooms or any other vegetables of your choice.

I made this late at night because I was craving noodles ? I had only carrots and paneer, so used both of them apart from the regular ingredients except black pepper powder. This turned out super! I ate the whole noodles almost by myself and enjoyed it thoroughly! Thank you! I don't know if this question will offend you, but is there a way to make it with chicken or eggs?

Your instructions are perfect and cover the nitigrites of cooking. I've loved this a lot. Thank you again for saving me from those dreaded Chinese restaurants where they use stale ingredients.

Also, what about MSG?

Response: Hello Sushant, I am a vegetarian so I am not able to answer about how to make noodles with chicken or eggs. MSG is added in the chinese food to enhance the flavor but this recipe is made without using MSG.
